This place has been great for me, very polite staff. Easy access to my unit. Haven't had any signs of pests. All around great customer service in general. My only reason for a 4 star is because they have hours for you to get and out the gate. If you dont have a vehicle u get stuck inside the gate. Id like to be able to come and go to my belongings as I please.

The store manager RJ or AJ was amazing. I called in to the main office and was giving the information i was calling about. He called me back to follow up to make sure I was taken care of. And apologized the office wasn't open due to him being sick.The email that was sent to me with my unit # and password to get in didnt have the password correct and it was a sunday. I messaged AJ and he provided me with a password right away and told me to choses one and he will fix it. Besides computer errors no issues with 422 storage for my 2 month rental to get my uncle moved.

I had a storage shed for under a year now, we have been dealing with mice problems. Mouse droppings everywhere and found 2 dead mice. They eat everything, books bags and wires. We have zero food products in our shed. That’s my only concern, our stuff is being damage every day possibly, it is not a good feeling.

Units are nice and clean. Customer service is awesome. I had a 10x10 unit not climate controlled. I started out paying $114 a month. They raised it to $150 a month within a year. In my opinion that’s a little high considering the space I was renting. When it snows they don’t bother clearing the snow in front of the units which makes it difficult to get in and out of your unit which also makes it a safety concern. With all the money you pay for these units, the snow should be completely removed. This is an excellent storage facility but a little pricey.

Place closed early on me when I spoke to someone that morning that I would be checking in with them at the office. They said it closes by 530 but be there by 5. I was there at 430 and it was closed. As a result I needed to pay another day for a U-Haul. Nothing was even offered to me to make up for this additional cost. If I had the time I would’ve chosen another storage place.

I've used other storage units in the past and my experience with 422 Storage has been the absolute best. I reserved a unit online and did all of the paperwork online. I received a phone call from Jackie welcoming me and going over additional information. She told me if I came in during office would show me where my unit was. I ended up coming in before that and the buildings were marked very well that it didn't take long to find my unit. I also very much appreciated the carts at the door to the building to help move my pelongings to the unit. Hands down, the best storage facility I've ever interacted with.

Overall a good experience, reserving the unit was easy and straightforward- was able to do it over the phone, and sign everything electronically. The one part that was slightly frustrating when I went to check out there was no one the office and no one was answering the phone and it was during normal business hours, everything was just locked up, so I ended up walking around the place and couldnt find anyone, and after about 30 minutes someone came back to the office. If your staff is going to leave, maybe have the phone forwarded to them so that way if someone needs assistance they can get there attention- just a thought. Overall very pleased, simple and straightforward.
