How can I pay my bill online?
At the top of the 422 Storage website, you will see a button that says “Pay Bill.” Click this button and login to your account. Then click the storage unit in your account to pay its bill. You can also prepay for your upcoming month.
How do I reach someone after hours?
Any urgent messages can be directed to our telephone after business hours. Call (717) 838-4820 and press “1” to speak with a representative. If your message is not urgent, you can email us, and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
What discounts do you offer?
We offer a number of different storage discounts for our tenants. You can refer a friend for you and your friend to both receive $50 off your next storage rental. Customers ages 65+ can receive our Senior Discount of 5% off monthly. Active duty military members can receive 10% off monthly. Thank you for your service! What storage unit size do I need?
Take a look at our online storage calculator for a sizing estimate. Does renting self storage require a protection plan?
Yes. Protection plans are required when renting with 422 Storage. We offer protection plans for purchase, or you can provide proof of your own plan. Our experts can help you choose a plan to fit your storage needs.
Do you sell locks at 422 Storage?
Yes. In our office, we have a large offering of packing supplies for sale. Stock up on locks, as well as furniture covers, boxes, and whatever else you need to securely pack up your belongings for storage.

Do you have movers?

Do you have truck rentals?
No. We do not offer any on-site truck rentals, but you can search through our Neighborhood Friends list to find a local business that might be able to assist you.
Do you have storage auctions?
Yes. While auctions are not our favorite side of the self storage business, we do hold storage auctions. Auctions occur after fulfilling the state lien law procedure of someone who has not made a payment on their unit. 422 Storage auctions will be held online at Lockerfox.com. Simply visit the site, and entire the zip code of our Palmyra, PA, storage facility to view any of our current storage auctions.
Can I live or sleep in a storage unit?
No. Not only do we we not allow you to live or sleep in a storage unit, but it is illegal and extremely unsafe. Storage units do not offer the proper amenities to support a residence. There is no running water, and doors lock from the inside.
When I rent online, can I access my storage unit right away?
Yes. Our contactless storage rentals allow you to complete your rental in minutes, so you can move into your new storage space immediately after the transaction is complete and you get your confirmation email. It is really that easy. Find your storage unit online!

No, but our gate access extend pass our normal business hours. Our storage facility’s gate hours are from 6 AM – 10 PM.
